Matterform today released version 1.4 of Yank, the all-purpose uninstaller for Mac OS X. The new version is a Universal Binary that works in native mode on Intel Macs and PowerPC Macs.
Yank continues Matterform's commitment to a full transition to the Intel platform. Matterform had been delayed by a wait for a new version of the compiler used to create Matterform software. The new compiler was made available in late 2006. Other Matterform products will shortly be released as Universal Binary programs.
Version 1.4 is a free upgrade for all registered users. New licenses cost $19.95. A free demo is also available. Yank is available at www.matterform.com and at selected resellers, including Fry's Electronics.
