We regret that, due to serious family hardship, we are currently unable to provide technicals support for our products. Technical support is closed until further notice.

Because of this, we now offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all software license purchases. To request a refund for any software license purchased in the last 30 days, please send an email with the following information:

  • Order number
  • License Code (or "serial number")

This information can be found in the email message we sent you when you purchased the product. Send your refund request to orders@matterform.com. The person staffing this email address is not trained to provide technical support. Please do not send technical support requests to this address, as they will not receive any attention.

Refunds are not available for purchases older than 30 days or for filter subscription renewals. When you request a refund, we will disable your license code so that it can no longer be used.

We're sorry that we are currently unable to provide technical support. We hope to be able to provide support again in the future, but there is currently no schedule for returning tech support services.
