Are volume discounts or site licenses available?
Yes, we offer steep discounts on purchases of multiple licenses. Volume purchases can be made by credit card, check or purchase order. For more info and pricing please call us at 505-747-1220.
What is the difference between downloadable and boxed software?
All Matterform products are available as an electronic Download. Some products are also available in a Box & CD version.
Box & CD versions can be sent to addresses in the United States only. Residents of other countries must purchase the Download version.
The Box & CD version includes a software CD, software license agreement, software serial number card, and getting started guide. All Matterform software comes with an electronic manual and help system integrated with the software. The CD may contain additional, unadvertised features such as extra plug-ins or demos.
The Download version includes the software with an electronic manual and help system and other supporting files, such as a ReadMe file. The Download version is generally identical to the Box & CD version, but may be include recent minor updates that are not available on the CD.
Both CD and Download versions include free updates, downloadable from
the Matterform Web site. See

What shipping methods are available?
Our downloadable products are sent by Electronic delivery. Here's
CD & Box products are available to United States addresses only. You must specify a method of physical shipping:
- Priority Mail - Shipping via US Post Office Priority
Mail service. 2 to 3 days delivery to most US addresses.
- 2 day - Shipping via FedEx 2 day service. Guaranteed
2 day delivery to most US addresses.
- Overnight - Shipping via FedEx standard overnight service. Guaranteed next afternoon delivery to most US addresses.
If you order a combination of downloadable products and CD & Box products, your downloadable products will be sent via Electronic delivery, and your CD & Box products will be sent by the physical shipping method you select.
How do I download the software I purchase?
You can download software off our 
All Matterform software downloads in Demo mode, allowing you to use it for 15 days before purchasing. If you have already purchased a serial number, you can enter the serial number after you download and open the software. This will convert the software to the fully-licensed version.
You can re-download your software at any time. The software will download again in Demo mode and you can once again convert it to the fully-licensed version by entering your serial number after you open the software.
Why do I have to choose a user name for the software?
When you purchase software, we ask you what name you want to register the software in. This user name is encoded into your serial number and displays in the software.
The user name defaults to the name on your credit card, but you can choose a different name (e.g., if you are paying for the software but someone else will be using it).
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened software box within 30 days for a refund of the software purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges. Contact us to receive a return authorization.
Like most software vendors, we can not accept returns on downloadable software or opened software boxes. All sales are final.

When you download software from Matterform, we ask for your email address.

First, we use your email address as a convenient identifier that helps us keep track of how many users have downloaded our software.
